Values
RIT upholds a digital state where technology supports people, making work easier, more efficient, safer, and sustainable.
Our goal is to provide solutions that operate seamlessly in the background, based on shared technological principles, and create a smooth user experience.
Human-centered
A human-centered digital state is accessible and easy to use. We keep the digital state available for its users so their work flows smoothly, contributing both to the agencies using our services and to the functioning of the state as a whole.
Secure
In a secure digital state, data and services are always reliable and protected, while remaining as unrestricted as possible, since trust forms the foundation for development and collaboration.
Evolving
An evolving digital state is flexible. It is constantly changing and improving each day, seeking fresh approaches to meet new challenges.
Departments and contacts
RIT consists of ten departments, which are further divided into divisions or teams.
RIT’s management includes the director, two deputy directors for different fields, and the department heads. The provision of services within the Centre’s scope of activities is coordinated by the Users’ Council, which has an advisory role.
Sustainability principles
We reduce our environmental footprint, safeguard employee well-being, and ensure services are managed securely and transparently.
Environment: responsible resource use, renewable energy, careful management of device lifecycles, and green office practices.
People and work organisation: employee well-being, opportunities for development, inclusion, work-life balance, and a stable work environment.
Security and trust: cybersecurity, data protection, service accessibility, and client safety.
Governance and collaboration: transparent management culture, environmentally responsible procurements, secure supply chains, and corruption prevention.
The creation of RIT was funded by the European Union from the NextGenerationEU recovery instruments.
